I dropped it in the snow about a two foot drop and now water is trapped in there and I can’t get it off my phone nor find instructions how to do it. If it’s water proof and is going to get snow in it, what will it do if it is water?

Best Case, Ever!
I bought this case because all iPhones are extremely hard to hold onto. This case is tough and durable, easy to hold on to, and has a clip on the back. It is a "slipcase" and I do love it. To use the camera one must roll it out of the back solid cover (it is still inside a complete case but the back where the cameras are is now accessible. Very simple, very easy! The reception is good and also easy to plug the charging cable in. I have dropped my new iphone 14 plus several times; absolutely no damage.
