I. Purchase Protection

Seel Worry-Free Shipping Purchase Protection (hereinafter referred to as "Seel Service")

Your order will usually be delivered within 2–3 business days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Seel Service is aimed to protect your order against shipping issues and provide hassle-free resolutions, offering you peace of mind by covering unforeseen shipping problems.

II. Coverage Area

Seel Service is only applicable to shipping addresses within the United States.

III. Covered Scenarios

Loss:

The order is not delivered within 30 business days after shipment.

Damage:

The product arrives unusable due to fracturing, shattering, bending, or crushing during transit. Cosmetic damage or pre-existing defects are not covered, which is related to SUPCASE product warranty services, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

Delay:

The order is not delivered within 10 business days after shipment.

IV. How the Service Works

A. Opt-In:

Add Seel Worry-Free Purchase Protection during checkout.

B. Confirmation:

Receive a confirmation email containing your coverage details and claim instructions.

C. Issue Reporting:

Report any loss, damage, or delay via the Seel Resolution Center.

D. Prepare and submit the relevant supporting documents as prompted by the platform.

You may directly visit https://resolve.seel.com/ to complete the required information and file a claim.

a. Loss Claims:

· Report if the order is not delivered within 30 business days after shipment.

· Supporting documents may be required, such as a police report, security footage, a loss confirmation document from the relevant logistics carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, etc.), or an official notice from the building management/authorities.

b. Damage Claims:

· Report within 15 business days of delivery.

· Provide clear photos of the damaged item and parcel packaging, with the tracking number clearly visible on the outer packaging.

c. Delay Claims:

· Eligible for submission 10 business days after the shipment date (as per tracking information).

· Upload a screenshot of your Order Page showing the tracking number and order date. Tracking information will also be used for claim assessment.

Note: All claims must be submitted within 90 days of the order date.

V. Payout Options

Claims will only be paid in US dollars. You may select your preferred payment method.

 

VI. Cancellation of Worry-Free Shipping Service

Q1: Can I get a refund for the Seel Service fee if I cancel my order?

A: Yes. We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of payment (provided the parcel has not been shipped). You will receive a full refund for your order, including the Seel Service fee.

Q2: How can I cancel only the Seel Service if I change my mind?

A: No worries. If the order has not been shipped, use the cancellation link in your Seel Service confirmation email to receive a full refund of the Seel Service fee.

Note: Seel Service takes effect immediately once the order is shipped and is non-refundable thereafter.

VII. Additional Q&A

Q3: Can I purchase Seel Service after placing my original order?

A: Seel Service must be purchased together with the original order. It cannot be purchased separately at a later date, nor can it be purchased on your behalf by the merchant.
