Case broke on first case removal
I removed the case first time to reset the phone and the inner plastic case snapped after 1 week - so disappointed - last case lasted two years with repeated case removals, has the quality changed - i just really needed it to work team.

Flimsy lesser quality update.
this company has cheaper out. They're cases for earlier iPhones were much better. This one is flimsy. If you squeeze the sides the screen protector will bubble up. This happens even when you simply have the holster clip on. Previous cases were solid and would never do such things. You can also tell their cheaping out because the case feels much lighter. As if you're holding a piece of paper. This implies cheaper material. Let me put it this way. Observe how firm and solid an empty can of coke is in comparison to how thin, uneven, an flimsy an empty can of store brand cola is.

My girlfriend got this for me because I work in construction. It’s very good at keeping my phone safe and doesn’t get much dirt inside of my charging port like it used to. Some cement got inside of the touch though, they could make it more secure. 8-9/10
