The actual phone case was fine. However, the carrier case was broken, scratched up and dirty. Clearly used before but it was not promoted as a used item.

I like the way the case fits the phone and the clip. Not often I'm impressed by the way they fit, but this one is great!

This is the best case I've found for the galaxy flip phone. It is very durable and provides good protection for the phone. The release clip on the holster did snap off after 6 months of very hard use, but the case is warrantied for a full year. I contacted Supcase by email and received a replacement 2 days later. That's outstanding customer service!

The case is solid even though there is minimal hinge protection. However, I cannot say the same for the holster. if the phone is in the holster the clip is supported. However, if the phone is not in the holster the clip is not supported, and minimal pressure will snap it off. This happened to me as I sat in my office chair. The clip needs to be redesigned to be sturdier, perhaps using a spring clip design that is hinged.

This case is great in every way BESIDES protecting the hinge. I broke my device by dropping it on the kitchen floor accidentally. I had this case on but the hinge was unprotected resulting in a dislodged hinge and broken screen. I have a new replacement device with a hinge protecting case now.
