Galaxy S23 Unicorn Beetle PRO Rugged Case-Black

After barely two weeks after buying one the clip on the holster broke. No warnings, just broke while I was putting the phone on the holster. The case itself still good.

I like the case, but the holster sucks. The clip keep breaking. Only way to get a holster is to buy a new case. You should sell the holster separately. I have gone through 5 holsters in about 2 years. I guess it's time to try another brand.

It seems like a really rugid and good case, the problem is the front plate has a tendency to break very easily; even if you are very careful with it. I have had TWO cases now both of them broken because the plastic breaks very easily on the face plate, and the main body has cracked on the first case I used. They sent me a replacement which was also broken. This is ridiculous for how well all the other reviews are that it has not been reliable as far as installing the case goes.

I agree about the belt clip. The S23 clip breaks to easily. I also don't understand why they don't sell the screen protector like the used to.

The major issue is the plastic spacer / slip that the phone fits in before you add the rubber case over the phone and plastic phone spacer / slip.

I've bought two now within a two year period. First one broke after 13 months so the warranty didn't cover it. I bought another one that was advertised as being 'on sale now' it was $19.99 instead of $24.99 or whatever and it broke after 2 months. I got by with my old one having the interior plastic spacer / slip breaking in the corner from trying to clean phone or install a new glass screen protector. The 'new one' broke in the same place, then when trying to switch it to my old one that broke, the 'new one' broke on another corner making it entirely useless. I was told that the discount code I used made my order result in recieving a 'used/opened/returned' product while I was never informed of this being the situation during the ordering process. This voids any warranty and saving $4 isn't worth a lot and the waste of time this entailed.

I would have never bought a uses product knowingly, especially just to save $4. It is preposterous to claim that makes any sense.

My original case being a month past the purchase date not being replaced was bad, but being sold a used item then told, 'too bad you knew a case that was $4 less expensive wouldn't last...' is like getting kicked after being made to bleed. I've never had such bad customer service from any company, especially when it 'claims' to have some form of warranty.

They won't even just let you replace the broken plastic slip/spacer on it own, or over to do that. Which is ridiculous since they have bins of these sitting around in the plant that manufactures them and they cost next to nothing.

I switched to another brand that is a little more excessive, but had replaced every part or piece that has broken no questions asked.

Spend a little more and get a product from a company that cares.
