Very tough case, but didn't receive any screen cover, just a frame. Frame broke and when dropped it damaged my screen. $300 repair with disabled veteran pay I can't afford right now. As many times as I have dropped it on concrete, the cheap frame around the screen which didn't have any cover in it, failed. I guess I will go back to Zizo if I can ever afford whenever I can get it repaired. I couldn't recommend after this.

Reviewed and disappointed
After having spent ages researching the market for the best case for my S23 Ultra I settled for the Supacase, as many claimed it to be the best. I chose it for its outstanding performance on drops and safety provided for the telephone, and this it does, but the design and materials utilised to this are disappointing to say the least. The frame that fits around the phone broke on the corner after not even 3 weeks of use, and the case that once fitted snuggly around it soon started to stretch too. This lead to all sorts of dust and debris getting in to places where it shouldn't be and with cracka appearing on the opposite corner I expect it is a matter of time before that one brakes rendering it useless. Customer service denied me any assistance due to having purchased if from 3rd party retailer and that company said it could not be replaced as it had been broken by myself taking the cover off. I must say that the money laid out on this case was not worth it after all... the final cherry on my cake was it crushing my glass screen protector, even though it said in its write ups that I was compatible with one. Of course to buy a new screen protector cover would have to lay out extra money with a company that does not take care of their customers.
