The case is robust with raised edges, feels like it should protect the phone well without adding loads of bulk. I would have prefered one with a front but I was able to fit a glass screen cover without there being any problem attaching the case. The little hatch over the charging/headphone opening is a bit awkward to open, would probably be irritating for someone who doesn't use BT-headphones but as it is made of rubber it could most likely be cut away if needed.
I would have prefered a magnetic back and to be able to purchase some sort of magnetic wallet to attach to the case for a couple of cards.
Included is some ugly belt holder which I will never use. It would have been much better to sell this separately instead of producing loads of belt holders that will never come to use. Seems really wasteful.

Very good case, except for....It's seems
It seems to be a pretty good and strong case, so far so good. The only thing I'm not happy with are the volume buttons which I find a bit difficult to manage.

Bad customer service, brittle plastic, stand breaks easily
Brittle plastic, poorly made stand broke within the first few days of use. Customer service offered to replace it under warranty in Early November, but here we are in January and nothing but back and forth emails with no real resolution. Thought i had it when i got an email with a tracking number December 7th. January 6th and it still hasn't been taken to the post office. When i followed up YET AGAIN, i was asked if I'd rather a refund due to shipping delays, i said sure, haven't received and communication since. Ridiculous level of incompetence.
