It's very rugged, but does have one flaw. I go hiking, and needed a sturdy case to protect my phone. And this one has served me well. It's protected my phone from multiple scrapes and drops. The only flaw is the plastic hinges for the stand in the back, break off really easily. Which makes the stand useless. Now, besides when watching movies etc. I also used the stand quite often when taking photos/videos with my phone as it gave me a much better grip/hold on my phone. But with the hinges broken off, I can't use that back stand at all.
