This is my third supcase. I am a painter so my phone and case take a beating. I dropped my phone off the roof onto the driveway multiple times, with no damage.
Also off of interior ladders many times.
It has been by my side when sanding, spraying, all kinds of dust and paint.
The case is durable. The screen cover gets covered continuously with paint etc.
My phone remains clean, (dust gets in, but is easy to clean off)
I buy a new supcase every few years, because I abuse the Screensaver part. It gets too dirty to enjoy my phone.
For me it is perfect.

S20+ UB Pro case
Its definitely on the bulky side however better protection is what i was after. I got used to the feel after a couple days use. The charger port plug thingy is kind of stiff making it awkward to open but it might loosen up after continued use. So far i like the case but ive only been using it for about two weeks and surprisingly haven't dropped my phone yet, however im a habitual phone dropper/abuser. I'll update my review in time

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Enjoyed the look and feel of this care on this and my previous phone unfortunately I don't like the fact that the thumbprint reader is hit or miss and the screen protector got scratched a little plastic pants button could use some improvement maybe develop and sell some glass and soft screen protectors that are compatible with this case, I'm gonna try a tempered glass screen protector and peel the cases screen protector off it the tempered glass works out Grip:Good grip feels nice in the hand Design:Design is cool and solid
