This case does what is says so well. I've purchased and replaced with warranty a few times. The Achilles heal of the product is the retention clasp that flexes when phone is seated. Over time it cracks due to toques and repetitious use. I'll continue to buy, because it is a sentinel when it comes to protection my investment. Just reinvent that wheel! Your warranty has worked like a charm every time. You can't be making a profit with me. Let's not go round and round. I feel like I'm buying 2 for 1 @ ~$24. Buy one, break, you send me a replacement -no problem-. REPEAT IN MY CASE. Where's your profit, where's the value I know to exist. I feel as though I'm taking advantage of your company every time I use warranty. We're in a lose, lose dance here. 'Theory of Constraints'

Love these cases. I had one for my last phone (google pixel 4a) and its still protecting it, even past the functionality of the phone. I think it's been 4+ years?

Case is very good and feels more rugged than most which i like allot, the screen protector while being the plastic i hate it works very good and the fingerprint scanner doesn't give me any trouble.

As always, Supcase makes great cases that give you peace of mind with your phone. However this IS one problem with this. The Pixel wireless charging stand no longer charges the phone while the case is on. Other wireless charging stands probably still work, but not the pixel brand one. Luckily I found that if you flip the phone upside down it will charge it just fine again.
