I loved the feel and fit of the bad. I was able to touch the entire watch screen with no issues. If I bend my wrist a certain wait it doesn’t set off the emergency mode. I wish it was more durable however. I use the watch daily for about 12-16 hours a day and the band starts to crack after a while. I have bought more expensive bands that aren’t as comfortable however. They are usually double the price of this band. I will definitely keep on buying it.

Zero customer service
Second band/case purchased from these guys. First was damaged by an obvious event, and still held together for almost a year until I finally got around to replacing it. Second didn’t even make it 2 months before cracks appeared on both sides of the hard plastic housing. No specific event just regular wear. Not the cracks snag on clothing just putting my arms through sleeves. Reached out to their customer service, no response which has been the biggest factor behind a one star review. Might just be a one-off bad unit, but no customer service earns this review.

Almost made it to a year. It’s had a rough life
The first week I remember hating this case, especially the band. Once that first week was over and the brand was broken in, I was completely happy with everything this case had to offer.I am consistently in harsh environments and have caught myself multiple occasions hitting my wrist on things that for sure would have broken a non protected watch. Since I put my watch in this case January of 2022, it has not come off.As of this morning, 22 days shy of a year, my case face has cracked and will need to be replaced. It’s a little disheartening the case did not last a complete year but I can only blame it so much.
