Eligibility

  1. Warranty+ services apply only to customers who successfully register their warranty card.
  2. Failure to register voids the warranty+ service, but standard warranty policies still apply.
  3. Warranty+ services are valid only for genuine products purchased through SUPCASE official website, Amazon store,or authorized platforms. Third-party resales or unauthorized channels are not covered.
  4. Please note: The extended warranty must be registered within 12 months from the original purchase date.

Replacement Process

For the first 12 months from purchase or your first replacement request, please apply through our standard warranty. [Submit a form here]
From the 13th month onwards or for your second replacement request, email us at usersupport@supcase.com with:
Purchase proof (e.g., order number),
Photos/videos of the issue,
Your Email address used for warranty+ registration.

Exclusions

Warranty+ services follow the same scope limitations as standard warranty.
