It's not much of a problem to put your watch in basically you push you Samsung Galaxy Watch inside of the housing and it fits Snug no worries of it falling out.My issue is that if you plan on using the ECG on the watch with this band Good luck!The buttons for this band can't be pressed softly to get a reading so what will happen is pressing the button will just make the app close on the watch. So trying to use the Samsung Health Monitor on your watch isn't gonna work.

The only thing I don't like is that I am unable to charge my watch with this band on. I have to pop it out which adds wear and tear to the band.
