Quality product Good warranty version one wireless charging not working
I've been buying phone protectors from supcase for many years. I've been very happy with their product. Anytime I've had an issue within one year of buying one of their cases they send me a new one. Most recently I bought this iPhone 15 Pro Max case and noticed the wireless charging was having issues. I called them up and they refunded my money and said they are working on a version two that should be out in the next two months or so. I will definitely buy from them in the future. Great customer service. Despite minor issues with the first version of these cases with wireless charging.Note: I don't like the plastic screen so I always cut it out with a razor blade and install a tempered glass screen protector.

Does not work with magnetic charger
Description of product lies. This case does not work with MagSafe charger. Phone will attach to charger but does not charge. Took my phone out of the case and charged fine. They will not accept returns either.
SUPCASE Unicorn Beetle Pro Mag Case for iPhone 15 Pro Max
I have 4 mag style phone chargers, including a Apple brand folding travel one. All of them won't work with this case - bummer.

Nice case but not magsafe compatible even though it claims to be!
The case is really nice and gives that added protection however one thing that lets it down and downgrades to 1 star… MagSafe charger doesn't work with this case. Don't pay the premium, yes it a nice case but key feature doesn't work so look elsewhere.

Does not work with my desktop wireless charger
I really like this case however it will not work with my desktop wireless charger or any of these in the store. It only charges with MagSafe magnetic chargers. This is not what I needed.
