The case comes in pieces so that it can totally contain your phone, which is very nice. The case itself is very nice and very sturdy. The screen protector has held up so far. If I had one complaint about it would be the phone holster. It's very bulky and adds a LOT to the overall size and weight of the phone. I think it would have been better served as a small, detachable clip instead of a full-sized holster. I honestly stopped using it within the first day. But the actual case itself has been great. I am a larger human so having a nice, substantial case feels good in my hand.

I dropped my brand new iPhone 16 Pro from a height of at least 6 feet onto a concrete floor! I had this case on it and it did its job and protected the phone, the case took the impact and broke. I reached out to customer service and within an hour I had a reply and a replacement is on the way!Great case and fantastic service

Excellent case, bought for my teenage son. This thing gets tossed around between the car, backpacks on the floor. Love that it has a cover over the front of the phone as well

I had a SUP case for my iPhone XR before but am finding this version to be much better.This case is solid and provides plenty of space between the phone and a flat surface on both sides. and the cover provides plenty of padding on most vulnerable areas. The capture button cutout makes it easy to orient the iPhone immediately by feel and provides a decently grippy surface.All of the external buttons and openings are perfectly aligned.I also like the solidity of the belt clip, which is much more robust than the one in my previous SUP case.My only gripe is the screen protector, which I'm thinking of cutting out of the frame because there's a slight distortion from its flexible material and it also collects smudges and fingerprints more easily than the phone's or a glass screen protector's surface. Still, this is a relatively minor niggle because it's only a minor distraction and is probably easy to self-fix.Few weeks later...I was able to remove the built-in screen protector easily. Nothing to complain about now.

After purchasing Otter box cases for years that failed, I tried this case for my iPhone 13 Pro, and then my 14 Pro before upgrading to a 16 Pro. I have experienced no issues with this case over time with my 13 Pro as well as my 14 Pro and I wished I purchased this case instead of Otter box years ago. This case saved my iPhone 14 Pro since my phone accidentally was dropped when paying for something in a drive thru. After the person was able to get my phone for me and I returned home, to my surprise, nothing was damaged on my iPhone 14 Pro! No damage to my 14 Pro itself (dents/dings or scratches) anywhere on the device. I highly recommend this case especially if you want a belt clip and a case that protects the screen as well as the side and back of the device. I do want to say if you are skeptic if this will get in the way of the camera button, this case works well to access it.

I have been using these cases for years. Every new phone gets one of these. The kickstand is very handy, and the build quality is fantastic. Tough, easy to hold, and it slides in and out of my pocket easily. All at a great price.

I have used these UB cases for years for my IPhone. They have never let me down. I love the built in screen protector as well as the durability. The one year no questions ask warranty is also awesome! Just upgraded my phone so of course I had to get me another case.
