Non-Quality Related Returns

  • Products must include original packaging, which should remain intact, and include all items originally sent.

  • Returned products that are part of a larger order will only be refunded for the products returned, not the total order value.
  • Returns for discounted products will only be refunded for the discounted value.
  • Supcase refunds only the cost of the product itself.
  • Returns may be rejected if products do not meet the above requirements.

All Promotional Gifts, Open-Box Items, and Clearance Items are not eligible for return or exchange UNLESS they have quality issues. These products are covered under the applicable warranty.

For products purchased on third-party platforms such as Amazon and Walmart, or through Supcase's authorized third-party platforms, please refer to their return policy.
