It definitely can withstand being dropped. Sometimes the fingerprint reader takes a 2 tries but it still works

Almost to Otterbox quality
Good case but the clear cover is a soft plastic and marks easily. The belt clip although good does not stand up over the long haul and needs to be replaced at least once in the lifetime of the case. Great value for the money. My iphone doesn't have a scratch and this is now my 3rd Supcase 2 phones later.
