It's not much of a problem to put your watch in basically you push you Samsung Galaxy Watch inside of the housing and it fits Snug no worries of it falling out.My issue is that if you plan on using the ECG on the watch with this band Good luck!The buttons for this band can't be pressed softly to get a reading so what will happen is pressing the button will just make the app close on the watch. So trying to use the Samsung Health Monitor on your watch isn't gonna work.

I break everything, this thing has stood up to everything. Dropped it, hit it on everything, got my arm crushed between tanks and it never broke. Little paint scuff but that's it.Super easy to take off and clean, which is needed often due to dirty work.Not the most stylish thing but gets the job done
